HOW TO MERGE EXISTING PET

1. Locate six-digit ID found on the back of tag
2. Visit SmartphonePetTag.com and click on "Existing Pet Parent"
3. Click on "Merge Existing Pet"
4. Enter in pet's six digit ID, pet account's username and password
5. Click "Merge Account"
6. Click "Select a Pet Profile" then your pet's name to view their profile.
